Why We Started
The Unwritten began as a shared Google Doc between three friends—a banker, an engineer, and a consultant. We were all the first in our families to work in corporate roles. We realized we were all struggling with the same things: imposter syndrome, decoding feedback, and navigating office politics.
We realized that talent is distributed equally, but the "playbook" for corporate success is not. We built The Unwritten to share that playbook.
